Delivery
We offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $60 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $5.90 NZD.
We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders over $60 NZD. For orders under this amount, postage is just $9.90 NZD.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are expected to be dispatched the following working day. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number.
We dispatch Monday-Friday, closed on public holidays and anniversary dates.
New Zealand Delivery
Orders to most destinations in New Zealand are sent Mon-Fri and should be with you within 1-2 working days.
Worldwide Delivery
Some destinations may experience delivery delays due to delays with our international delivery partners, and temporarily reduced flight capacity out of New Zealand.
We’re currently delivering to international destinations where NZ Post tracked services are available. Please expect varying delays in some international destinations as a result of COVID-19 impact on global freight.
Worldwide targeted delivery time
Our targeted delivery times are 5-15 days and exclude custom authorities’ processing times.Our business days are Monday to Friday and don’t include public holidays – either in New Zealand or your country of destination.
To track your order, simply enter your order’s tracking number on the Tracking Tool. We’ll email you your tracking number as soon as your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our courier.

EU orders: From 1 July 2026, the EU charges a customs duty of around €3 per product type, plus your country’s VAT, on parcels arriving from outside the EU. These are paid to the courier on delivery — your checkout total covers the goods and shipping, and customs may collect a small charge before your parcel’s released.
We send every parcel out with accurate customs details (description, value, country of origin and tariff codes) so nothing gets held up at the border.
These charges are set and collected by EU customs, not by us. Orders to the UK, Australia, the US and elsewhere aren’t affected.
